Bridlework Repairs

Bridlework is repaired using the best leather and fittings availlable to me.

Second best is a false economy and can have catastrophic results if safety is compromised. Worn billets and rubber rein grips are easily replaced

Rug Repairs

I always try to use the appropriate material in the appropriate colour to repair all horse rugs.

Rugs don't have to be clean, but they must be dry and loose mud, etcetera brushed off

Saddle Repairs

Worn girth straps can be lethal. Replace them before they break.

It only costs from £9.00 to replace each strap, much less expensive than the cost of an accident!

Try not to wait for the knee grips to fall right off before you have the worn stitching replaced.

Safety first

If a repair is not economical, or if it would compromise safety for horse or rider, I would tell the customer and not do the repair
